Terms & Conditions

Appointiqa ("we", "us") is a booking and payments platform operated by Social Avatar, provided to businesses ("you", "tenants") so you can offer online appointment booking and accept payments from your own customers.

Your account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information, services, and pricing you publish on your booking page, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Payments to your customers. You connect your own Razorpay account to accept payments. Customer payments settle directly to your Razorpay account — we never hold, process, or have access to those funds.

Fees you pay us. Using Appointiqa beyond the free trial requires a one-time onboarding fee and a recurring monthly subscription, as agreed with you directly. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy below for how billing and cancellation work.

Suspension. If your subscription lapses, your public booking page may be taken offline until payment resumes. Your account data is retained and access to your admin dashboard is not affected.

Your responsibilities. You're responsible for complying with applicable law in how you run your business, including any obligations related to your own customers' data, payment processing, and the policies required by your own payment gateway provider.

Limitation of liability. The platform is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination. Either party may end the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you sign up, we collect your business name, contact email and phone, and password. Your own customers' booking details (name, email, phone, appointment information) are stored on your behalf so your booking page can function — this data belongs to you, not to us.

How we use it. We use your information to operate your account, process your subscription billing, and contact you about your account or this service. We don't sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

Payment data. We never see or store your customers' card or payment details — those flow directly between your customers, Razorpay, and your own Razorpay account.

Security. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Sensitive configuration such as payment gateway keys is encrypted at rest.

Your rights. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and associated data, by contacting us at the email below.

Retention. We retain account and booking data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial. Your first 14 days are free. You can cancel anytime during the trial with nothing owed.

Onboarding fee. The one-time onboarding fee covers account setup and is non-refundable once setup work has begun.

Monthly subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime; your booking page stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't provide partial-month refunds.

Cancelling. To cancel, email support@appointiqa.com and we'll confirm your access end date.

These billing terms are set directly with you when you sign up and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
